I have to say Christina was the first realtor who reached out to me when I thought I could do this by owner. We met and I immediately knew that if I had to choose a realtor it would be her. I explained every inch of my home and she was attentive and understood how hard it was for me to sell my house of 35 plus years. I tried on my own and quickly understood what a big undertaking this would be. I cannot say without a doubt that I made the best decision to give her my listing she was up and running. Christina immediately explained every step of the way her marketing strategy, dates for open houses & kept me involved every step of the way. She was always available for my calls and concerns it didn't matter the time or day of the week. I will recommend her to everyone that is looking to buy, sell or even rent because she is a driving force. I am forever thankful for all of her hard work & now a forever friend.
