Very fastidious and attentive to details,knowledgeable and has awesome nomenclature as well as patience in explaining the jargon of real estate to people who are inexperienced! Not only did he systematically go over complicated details with us but he did it in a fashion that made us trust his advice in making our decision on our future investment! I now maintain a personal friendship with Bob Galbo and he feels like an old family friend we've known for years. The most impressive attribute is that he is selfless,in that he stood to make more money in commissions if we purchased a more expensive home,but Bob advised us against it due to the fact that the purchase was not in our best interest. Teresina deserves 10 times more stars. Our home was on the market for 6 days when we received an offer. We were given step by step instructions on what to do from beginning to end. Whenever we had issues such as we need help moving an old metal desk, debris in the yard, garbage from packing, old refrigerators, and more. Teresina new exactly who to call and help us in the nick of time. Anything that came up we thought would be a problem Teresina would solve it or knew who to call to resolve our issue. There were no issues with being able to get in contact with Teresina.
