Scott Garrison was excellent! He is the very best realtor I have ever worked with. I have been working with Scott over numerous years. I hired him recently to sell my house and assist me in buying a new house, He spent much time over many visits until we were ready to place the house on the market at the right price and in the best light. Although we had to overcome some issues, Scott kept working diligently until we obtained the results we desired. His marketing was outstanding! It included many pictures, a video, and exposure in various media outlets. The marketing resulted in numerous showings and a relatively quick quick offer. Scott recommended a good mortgage brokerage firm who worked well with us. Unfortunately, the purchase of the new house did not material because my wife lost her job during the underwriting process for mortgage financing. Scott was able to secure the reimbursement of our escrow deposit, which we thought would be nonrefundable. I have the highest regard for Scott Garrison and his abilities. He is an excellent realtor that I would gladly recommend to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate in Central Florida.
