Linnea was one of the most knowledgeable realtors I have dealt with buying and selling real estate. She knew the inner workings of condo associations (I had no clue to them) and is well connected with anyone you may need through the process, i.e. home inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. Because of Linnea, I was able to find, tour, and close on a condo that met my every need within 2 weeks. She will always answer a call, or call back within 30 minutes, regardless of day and time. I called her a few times late on a Saturday and she answered. She made the entire prcess easy and actually kind of fun at times. She does her research and will not let you down. I'd recommend her to friends and family. She is highly recommended.
