I have bought twice and sold a house with Grace. I actually switched from another realtor in 2012 to her because she was so kind, knowledgeable and honest. Her patience with all of our questions and alertness to exactly what we were looking for is second to none. She is honest and I trust her to help me and my children find a home that is right for us, at the best price and without worry after the sale. She has always worked tirelessly in everything she does. This is the best realtor in and around Brevard!

The Tracy team went above and beyond our expectations. They were always on top of their game and they were able to negotiate a killer deal for us. They always kept communications going and they took care of us every step of the way. Personally they are extremely friendly people with big hearts and you know they are there for you. Todd, Paulina and Whitney did everything they could do our experience was seamless. They are all kind people and we were very happy we found them. We foresee a lifetime of friendship after this. If you don’t want to worry about your home selling/buying process, I highly recommend Todd and Paulina.

Karen is knowledgeable and supportive. She went above a beyond helping us to find the home of our dreams! She listened to our concerns and answered our questions throughout our entire home buying process. We couldn’t be happier!
