Deirdre was amazing to work with. I was an out of state buyer, and had to do all my house hunting on limited visits to Orlando. She was incredibly accommodating, willing to meet me almost anytime. She had everything lined up when I came into town, including research on the properties I was looking at. When I wasn't there and saw a house pop-up online, Deirdre willingly went by herself and did a video call with my wife and I. Ultimately that is the house we made an offer on, and was accepted. She guided us through the purchase process (again remote), and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely work with Deirdre again!

I can not say enough about the care, thought, or the time Mrs. Lisa spent helping my wife and I purchase our first home. My wife began working with Mrs. Gould over a year and a half before we purchased our home. The whole process was non-traditional and I am sure a little bit difficult for Mrs. Gould to pin down. Angela and her Brazilian family, my in-laws, were not sure exactly what they were looking for, so the process evolved from apartment, to condo, to town home, to single family home, and even took a couple month break at one point. There were many hands in the pot and it was difficult to get a sense of exactly what type of home we were looking for. Mrs. Gould was there for all of it, guiding the group that was almost completely unfamiliar with the area or the market. As our process evolved, she guided us and also let us learn, allowing us to visit a home or two that she knew would not work so that the group would discuss what was missing from or wrong with the listing to better shape our idea of what we wanted in our home. When we finally found our home it was a perfect match and Mrs. Lisa and her team leapt into action. We had an offer in to the sellers less than 5 hours after visiting the home on a Saturday! The offer was accepted the next day. Lisa and her team were there to assist with all the steps prior to closing. As a first time home buyer it was incredibly helpful, and everyone she recommended, from the lender to the home inspector, was professional and willing to explain each step of the process. Lisa and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.
