I have known Roberta for over 10 years personally, but this was the first time I had the opportunity to work with her professionally. Mine was a challenging purchase because of the homeowner being the realtor as well. Roberta had to put up with a lot of unprofessional behavior, while Roberta’s professionalism did not waiver. I was asked about a post-closing occupancy, but Roberta’s years of experience helped steer me away from any scenario that could put me in jeopardy. The realtor/owner rescinded several things she said she would do for me when she did not get her way. Protecting me from much greater risks is what Roberta’s priority was throughout this process. She was still able to find the silver lining in everything we had to overcome together. I am so grateful for my new home! Thank you, Roberta!

Kathryn was excellent from the beginning. We were sellers from out of town, so the process is never as easy as when you are there. Kathryn made the entire experience so easy. She is an excellent communicator, very insightful in the industry, evaluated our home and priced it accordingly to ensure a timely sale, but the best possible value for us as well. I would highly recommend Kathryn for any real estate transaction you may have upcoming. Buying or selling she's a gem!
