This was a very positive experience. He went above and beyond what we expected with everything. He was professional, detailed and very accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone.

Nancy and Greg Dawsey are the realtors you want selling your home. Nancy does a thorough analysis to provide you a realistic and honest price point to list at. This real estate market is hard to sell in, but our home, which flooded in Hurricane Helene, was only listed two and a half weeks before going under contract. That is an amazing feat considering the many houses for sale near us that have just been sitting for months with no legitimate offers. They are truly the best and will do anything for you to get the job done! We will always use the Dawsey Group for selling and buying!

Estoy muy agradecida con el trabajo de mi realtor José Mejias, siempre tuvimos una excelente comunicación. Muy profesional y un excelente ser humano, y estoy muy agradecida por toda la ayuda brindada de su parte. Lo recomiendo un 100%

A little background first! We arrived in Florida December of 2017, Babette worked hard to find us a great rental property and later a house. Fast-forward five years, Babette sold our house above market value as we were moving up state. Babette worked very hard to ensure we received top dollar even within a very competitive market. Babette, sets a high standard for herself and what she promises to deliver for her clients. She'll do the same for you if given the chance! (Whoooa....US Army retired)

We were so incredibly blessed to have found Sonya to help search for our new home. We were moving from GA to FL and she went above and beyond what we could have asked for. Sonya went to the homes we found online and did a facetime video to show us the inside and outside, and even recorded a video for us to watch later. She would research comps in the area to make sure we were in the ball park with our offer. She answered all of our questions promptly throughout the whole process. She helped us stay on track with HOA applications and other deadlines that had to be met. After closing, she gave us reputable vendors for painting and other service needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to move. You'll be blessed by her sweet personality and willingness to work for you. She has truly become a friend throughout this process.

She sold our house in just three months, and for our new home we faced an unexpected setback, howver thanks to Eileen expertise in the market and with the law, our rights as buyers were protected, and she ensured we were not taken advantage of during a difficult time. With her guidance, we quickly found a home that was beyond perfect for our family. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are incredibly grateful for Eileen's professionalism and dedication. She turned a stressful situation into a success story and helped us find our forever home.
