When the buyer’s financing fell through, Julia was instrumental in helping secure a new option through a first-time homebuyer program, which ultimately kept the transaction moving forward. I also appreciated having the ability to advocate for myself during negotiations. It was a fair and balanced outcome. In the end, the sale was completed successfully, and I’m grateful for the effort that went into making that happen.

We were so incredibly blessed to have found Sonya to help search for our new home. We were moving from GA to FL and she went above and beyond what we could have asked for. Sonya went to the homes we found online and did a facetime video to show us the inside and outside, and even recorded a video for us to watch later. She would research comps in the area to make sure we were in the ball park with our offer. She answered all of our questions promptly throughout the whole process. She helped us stay on track with HOA applications and other deadlines that had to be met. After closing, she gave us reputable vendors for painting and other service needs.
