I was not in town. Jason helped with so many little things and problems that it was not feasible for me to be present. We had some major hurdles, but he calmly help to iron things out and get the house sold. He is knowlegeable, returns calls promptly, answers all questions, very easy to deal with having ne er met him in person handled a out of city sale very well. I would recommend him for local or long distance transactions. Only negative was title company experience which was unlike any other before with multiple sales over the years
