I truly can’t say enough about Michele. She did an incredible job helping us sell our home years ago, only for us to find ourselves needing to sell again, this time in a very difficult buyer’s market. During that period, our family was facing a serious emergency, and I felt completely alone. I had to take over all of our finances due to my husband’s debilitating illness, and the weight of it all was overwhelming. There were so many twists and turns in this sale that I honestly wasn’t sure if we would even be able to get out of the house without losing money. I vividly remember the day Michele came over and sat with me to go through the financials. I was scared and couldn’t see how any of this was going to work. Michele grounded me. She brought clarity, calm, and confidence when I had none. She went far beyond the call of duty. Not only did she sell our house, but she also helped sell my furniture so we could leave the country and begin treatment for my husband. Against all odds, we actually made a profit. The closing went smoothly, and there were countless moments throughout this process when I thanked God that I had met her three years earlier. This is the second review I’ve written for Michele, and it’s because she truly deserves it. She knows her business inside and out, is kind, considerate, and incredibly efficient. She plans ahead, communicates exceptionally well, and is always available. She has never once left me hanging. At one of the most vulnerable times in our lives, Michele stepped in and handled everything that needed to be done, and she made it look easy. I know it wasn’t. That’s the mark of a true professional, whether in real estate, sports, or any field at all: they make what feels impossible to the rest of us look effortless.
