Jan is a wonderful person, very friendly and knowledgeable about the Florida Real Estate market. This was my first experience in pursuing the possibility of purchasing property in FL. She showed me a number of condos in the price range I was looking for. Once I found the one I wanted, she made it very easy for me to purchase. All the paperwork was done by Jan, any questions I had were answered promptly. Other than a few things I has to do which Jan couldn’t, all I really had to do was to go to the signing. I highly recommend Jan to any one needing a positive, eager and through broker to help them find just the right place to enjoy the good life in Florida.

James was fantastic ! This was my first home purchase so there was much I needed to be educated on, however James helped me out every step of the way. To my surprise, James was even at work on my behalf after business hours. He'd routinely keep me updated on the happenings of my process even during the evening. Randy was fantastic to work with and instrumental in selling my house. The day I asked he and his wife to be my real estate team I had a family emergency. I told them I’d have to put selling my home on hold for a few weeks as I wouldn’t be able to do the last few details that needed to be done for photos etc. instead, they went in and took care of those details for me so the photos could be taken and when I was still out of town after the inspection, Randy made it to every appointment I set up remotely to let repairmen in the house and oversaw that the repairs were done properly. Randy and Sherry went out of their way to make my selling experience as stress free as possible as in the mix of all that I’m dealing with my own illness. I honestly don’t think I could have gotten that same experience anywhere else. If I ever bought or sold another house in the area, there is no one else I would call. They went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. I would recommend them a thousand times over!
