When we finally put an offer on a condo, she worked until midnight to negotiate the price and help secure our new home! She’s a tactician, and she knows how to navigate the real estate waters like a true professional. Desare helped fulfill our dream of finally buying a property in SF, which happened on our very first written offer! I honestly don’t think this would have happened without her and her team. My only regret is we should have contacted her six years ago when we first tried to buy a home in SF.
