I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Sebastian Phillips when looking for my home. From the beginning Sebastian was extremely responsive and hands on. He really helped take the pressure off during the process. All thoughtout the closing Sebastian was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. I am very thankful to have had Sebastian Phillips as my realtor and will definitely let my friends know to use him when they are ready.

I worked as the loan officer on one of Lakeia's purchase loans. She was so responsive and quick to get any item needed completed. It was by far the smoothest purchase I have worked on. I will definitely refer her to anyone looking to buy in Florida!

Jenaia was amazing throughout my home buying experience. She helped my fiance and I purchase our 1st home. She is very knowledgeable and was patient with us. I swear we looked at about 30+ homes and not one time did she complain or make us feel as if we were wasting her time. She honestly is the best realtor ever!!!!
