Real estate teams in Plant City

Team Hubbert was fantastic to work with from the first meeting all the way through closing. When interviewing realtors, John was on time and highly knowledgeable of the area, current market trends, and pricing. He clearly did his research ahead of time and provided numerous insights and details the other realtors interviewed missed. He was in no way "pushy" and was happy to move at my pace. When I was ready to list, John and his team were highly efficient and had the house photographed and listed in a matter of days. All along the way he communicated what was occurring and the next steps. I truly felt he helped me sell the home at the best possible price and had my best interests in mind throughout. He provided numerous references, all of which provided great and professional service at very reasonable prices. I sold the home from out of town and felt like I was in great hands with Team Hubbert. Overall, selling my home with Team Hubbert was fantastic. I recommend them without hesitation and would 100% use if I buy or sell a home in their area in the future.

From the beginning John and his team were committed to selling our property. He did an amazing job with communicating with us every step of the way. He also helped smooth out a few bumps in the process that we encountered. I highly recommend Team Hubbert!

From the first phone call, the first meeting, the contract, the questions, the showings, the open houses, the signed contract, to closing - John made it a great process. It was easy for us as homeowners and he took care of everything. Any questions, he gave us the answer. We had zero problems and zero issues with the selling of our home. He sold our home when others in the area are sitting on the market for months. Our home was under contract in less than 5 weeks and closed in under 90 days. The team was amazing and everything worked out perfect. I would use John for every home I sold. If I ever buy again, I will use John for the purchase as well.

He was wonderful. Explained what we like and don't like in a house, quickly found us this great house. He has been a great friend of 15yrs, but a even better realtor. Treating us as valuable people and not just another sale. You could tell he really cares and loves to make family's happy and find that prefect house for them.

He is the best realtor I've ever came across. From the beginning to the end we felt like we were heard. We were treated as people, a family and not just a number. The communication between us, him and his team was excellent. The way he walked us through it all step be step and explained everything to us was just wonderful. If we had any questions he was always available and response time was on point. He really made us feel special. We explained what we were looking for and he immediately understood the assignment. He was able to match is up with the prefect house for us and my kids. There were some properties that looked nice that I thought would be be great, but when we got to the area he knew off the back the area was not a good fit for me and my family. His knowledgeable skills of the area and dedication to help us was beyond what we could ask for. His pure honesty with everything was greatly appreciated. Would recommend him to everyone i know.

Danielle has been excellent to work with. She is very responsive and available to us when we have questions. She has shown us multiple properties with little notice and always makes time for us. We can’t recommend her enough!

I had been looking for a home for about 6 months and it started to seem like it just wasn’t going to happen. Glenn afforded me time away from looking when I needed it and then when I was ready again he was super responsive and helpful. I am happy to say I think we found a diamond in the rough and I love the possibilities of my new home! Thanks Glenn!

I was a first time home buyer and no clue what I was doing. Jason was very very patient with me. No matter how many times I called him he was there to help out with anything I needed! A true gentleman and on top of everything! I would highly recommend him and his team in any situation! Thanking them from beginning to end!!
