She was gracious, and took her time with us to explain everything we needed to know as she introduced us to some homes that might be of interest, to working with us diligently and patiently on the house we purchased. The remote closing was with her from her office. The people at Lennar went on and on about how thorough she was to conduct the inspection on our behalf - like "they had never seen an agent pay the much attention to the details".
