From the very beginning of our relationship, both Evan and Hazel were immediately responsive and helpful. We hadn't sold a house in 31 years and were so unfamiliar with the current process. The moment I spoke to Anthony for the first time by phone, he instilled nothing but confidence and calm in my nervous mind. I trusted Anthony from the beginning and rightly so! He obtained an offer above asking less than two weeks after my property went on the market. We closed a little over a month after that without a bump in the road. Because we vacated before selling the property, Anthony took charge of my house and arranged for lawn and pool care. He did not allow anyone in my house without his or his partner's presence.
