Tricia is the best. It felt like we looked at 38 houses in Pinellas county and every one had something that stood out as something that would have to be “tolerated”. Along with the insane market right now Tricia was still finding new places everyday to check out. Then one popped up on a Sunday afternoon, we went to see it first thing on Monday, pulled the trigger and she made it happen. Then at closing, the title company was getting new furniture were giving away some nice glass tables and a few chairs, i didn't have enough room in my truck for everything so instead of taking two trips, Tricia loaded the rest if the items in her own vehicle, and drove them over to the new house. This lady has gone above and beyond for me and I can’t imagine going through this nprocess with anyone else. Thank you again Tricia !
