That said, Joann went above and beyond in not only working with us via our agent to help us close in 30 days, she also helped us with several items that required follow up after closing!! She stopped by after closing to welcome us and to offer any assistance needed. We were waiting for our furniture to be shipped from Maryland so she and her husband even gave us a few items to use in the interim. We have since stayed in touch well beyond the scope of a real estate transaction!! If working with someone who sees you as more than a transaction is important to you, I highly recommend Joann!! It’s very evident that she cares about you as an individual and her goal is to serve with kindness!!

If I could leave Jenny 5,000 stars I would. Jenny was truly exceptional. I was blown away by her extensive knowledge of homes and what to look for while searching for the perfect house. She was always quick to respond and went out of her way to make sure her clients are well taken care of.
