In addition, Ali helped us throughout the process even after closing (E.g homestead). For each step Ali has a list of tips/tricks he shares to educate you on how to approach things and what to expect next. Ali is not just a real estate agent, he is an MOL and have rentals. That makes more than average agents which was very useful. He knows what he is going and will make you make sure you are taken care of. Finally and the most important thing, Ali was able to save us 12K!! during price negotiation. We paid 0$ in closing cost and all I can say about it, it feels good :) .
