I selected her for this reason, including that she wasn't at all pushy about my personal requests regarding the sale of my home (e.g. wanting to wait to list my home until I'd moved out of it). She was also very professional and knowledgeable (I appreciated the inclusion of her resume with the paperwork she brought on her first visit), she explained things thoroughly, and even set up necessary appointments for me since I was no longer located in the state of Florida (house cleaning, roofer). Chana made the entire process very easy and as stress-free as possible, which was immensely helpful considering my own personal circumstances. I would definitely recommend Chana as a realtor, especially for those requiring a realtor who specializes in relocations.
