Pam has helped me and my husband buy and sell 4 properties in 6 year timeframe. She started with us when we could only afford a $120k house. As we grew she provided guidance and always helped us stay calm and clear on what we wanted. She never rushed us to make a decision. She never took shortcuts. Never pushed us to waive inspection contingency and other contingency that would cause us to lose escrow. She is a Black Woman Realtor of INTEGRITY! She has also affected our lives in a way that goes beyond buying real estate. She encouraged us to shoot for stars in everything we do. Fast forward we just recently purchased our 4th house at $450k. I wished everyone out there looking for an amazing Realtor to meet Pamela Brady.
