Cindy knows not just the market, but has in-depth knowledge of the micro- and macro-economics at play and makes incredibly thorough and thoughtful recommendations to ensure we (1) get the house we really want and (2) pay the right price for it. Cindy's sense of urgency always exceeds expectations - she makes moves (offers, counters, etc.) at the right time and provides incredible counsel when it comes to how to tackle next steps (sleep on it, counter immediately, when to be nit-picky and when not to be). The best part: Cindy is a one-stop shop. For the second time, she got me into a house that needed work - renovations can be daunting when you don't know where to start. She has ALL the contacts and sets up the meetings, estimates, etc. She arranged appointments to pick out flooring and backsplash tile - I mean, she does it all. Further, Cindy is there beyond the sale. She is in touch with us monthly with newsletters sharing a pulse on the market and periodically does an in-depth assessment of the home's value over time which is always great to see. Of course, Cindy is all about bringing people together and celebrating holidays - she goes out of her way to spread job to her clients all year long. In a nutshell, Cindy is not your typical Realtor. She's your home buying and selling concierge.
