As a first time home buyer I can honestly say that working with Garret was an incredibly positive experience! I had very unique needs regarding the type of home I was looking for and Garrett was always on top of sending me recommendations. The home I bought went on the market in the morning, Garrett texted me to come see it, we met up in Downtown Orlando at 8pm, I put down an offer and he immediately processes it. A few day slater I was under contract. Garrett was very patient and incredibly accommodating. He knows the Orlando metro area incredibly well and I genuinely enjoyed touring the city looking at potential homes with him. He also connected me with a trusted lender that made the mortgage process incredibly smooth and streamlined as well. If you are looking to purchase a home in the Orlando area, you cannot go wrong with Garret!
