I recently moved to the Orlando area and did not know much about the market here. Jaime did a great job listening to my needs and working with me to find the right house in the right location. Once we found "the one" She did a great job negotiating on my behalf to get a great deal. She was very attentive thru the entire process including the closing; she put in the extra effort to motivate all parties to close in a timely fashion. We handed Robert a very tricky situation and he navigated it with expertise. Nothing about our home purchase was typical; I live out of state, the seller did not use a seller's agent, the home had existing tenants in it, and the home was off market. Through all of the challenges, Robert was there to answer questions and provide guidance. He acted calmly and thoughtfully while negotiating with the seller and was able to get all of our post inspection requests fulfilled. As our closing date approached he was available for texts and calls on evenings and weekends. I highly recommend working with Robert, he is honest and attentive at every turn.

My wife and I recently bought our first home in Ocoee. A friend recommended Heather's office. Heather was absolutely wonderful! When we first visited houses, Heather set up an itinerary with times and their locations organized so that we could fit more houses in with our limited time. Once we decided on a house, Heather provided us a roadmap of every step and sat down and explained what we should expect the entire way. She was in constant contact providing us with updates on each step of the process and answering our many questions any time of the day. She was able to answer every question we had and explain it to us in an easy to understand way. Heather was great to work with, and I strongly recommend working with her.
