It's hard to describe how amazing it feels to wake up every morning in your dream house. I have Shelley to thank for making that a reality. When I began the process of buying my first home, I was overwhelmed by all of the steps involved and the potential obstacles. I had spoken with several Miami agents before her, and each left me with the same bad impression--no sense of customer service and a total lack of genuine concern for my needs and priorities as a buyer. After my first conversation with Shelley, I knew I had found the right one for me. She was consistently attentive and responsive, and quick to produce listings and schedule showings that fit my budget and vision. When I was ready to move forward with a contract, she helped me navigate the maze of appraisals, inspections, city paperwork, and other potential headaches with relative ease. Most importantly, she demonstrated the experience and skill as an agent and communicator to finally close the deal. I could not have asked for a better agent to guide me through my most significant financial decision to date. Needless to say, I'm grateful to Shelley for a job well done and recommend her without reservation.
