Lavanya is the perfect realtor because she also doubles as an appraiser which enables her to accurately determine a properties true value, not just a range of what it might be. I listed my house for sale in March of 2025, during a buyers market that was saturated with inventory 90 days+ old, knowing that house needed a new roof. After only two weeks I was under contract at market value and closed 4 weeks later.
