My husband and I had been on and off the market for a while. We always wanted to retire in the golf coast. We were vacationers of South Florida for many years and witnessed prices sky rocketed consistently. Our dream was slipping off of our hands. Our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter moved to Georgia. We then decided to sell our property in New Jersey and actively look into the Pensacola area. That will put us close to the gulf and much closer to our daughter/granddaughter. During my internet search, I found to my surprise a much affordable market in the Florida Panhandle. Jamie not just respected our choice. She also established a great communication with Erika (our agent) Jamie also recommended a very good tittle company in the area. We are now the proud owners of a humble but lovely house in Milton Florida. We did it Jamie! In just 28 days and under asking price! We have recommended Jamie Combs to family and friends.
