Selling a home from another state can be challenging, but Constance Swanson made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Living in Massachusetts while selling my home in Florida meant I needed someone I could trust to handle every detail, and she exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the process. She kept me informed every step of the way, responded promptly to my questions, and explained everything clearly so I always knew what to expect. Her knowledge of the Florida real estate market was evident from the start. She provided sound pricing advice, understood current market conditions, and developed a strategy that helped attract strong interest in the property. Her negotiation skills were equally impressive. She advocated for my best interests, handled offers professionally, and helped secure a great outcome while making the process as straightforward as possible. Most importantly, she was consistently professional, organized, and dependable. Managing a long-distance sale requires trust, and she earned mine from beginning to end. I would confidently recommend Constance to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if they're managing the transaction from out of state.

Connie did an outstanding job in market research and placing the home on the market for a fair and accurate price. It sold near that price. She was involved with every aspect of our home sale and kept us informed in a timely manner. Connie and Tommy was very involved and provided expert guidance after the inspection and making sure all the items were completed satisfactorily to the selling agreement. Her and Tommy were fantastic at assisting with with recommending and getting the movers and moving organized for the out of state move. With Connie's due diligence the closing went smoothly and we were able to close in the appropriate time with all proceeds pre closing accurate. Connie came highly recommended by another REMAX agent in another state. We would highly RECCOMEND Connie to anyone for their Real Estate & Property needs in the State of Florida!!!
