Connie did an outstanding job in market research and placing the home on the market for a fair and accurate price. It sold near that price. She was involved with every aspect of our home sale and kept us informed in a timely manner. Connie and Tommy was very involved and provided expert guidance after the inspection and making sure all the items were completed satisfactorily to the selling agreement. Her and Tommy were fantastic at assisting with with recommending and getting the movers and moving organized for the out of state move. With Connie's due diligence the closing went smoothly and we were able to close in the appropriate time with all proceeds pre closing accurate.
