Theresa and her team are incredible. It took about 3 weeks start to finish to find a house, close & move my dad in! During those 3 weeks there were 2 hospitalizations and a trip to and from Oklahoma to pack up and drive home. Many things went sideways for us, but Theresa and Kristi picked up those pieces and carried us through every obstacle. There were a lot of twists and turns on our end, and they effortlessly guided us through all of it. The extra effort they put into helping us was vital, and was literally the only reason we were able to accomplish our goal in just 3 weeks time. This team knew the importance of our time restraints and kept everything moving for us. They truly, never stop working. They even assisted us in matters outside of the “realtor scope”, when necessary. At the same time, Dad was selling his house in Oklahoma with another realtor. The difference in realtor experiences was stark. I had 100% confidence in Theresa’s team, we were not so fortunate on the OK end. I now understand that the realtor you choose, matters. It makes all the difference in the world. I’ll never use or recommend anyone other than Theresa Friend and her team. It’s obvious she’s carefully built the dream team of the real estate world over the years. They are professional, dedicated and they care about the client. This only went smoothly because they went above and beyond for us in so many unexpected ways. I am forever thankful.
