I’ve had my property listed on the market previously with another agent for more than 6 months- no offers, no showings. I started getting desperate as I had planned to move- and seemed like my plans were not happening. Myroslava called me right after I pulled the property off market. I didn’t want to list it again and not having it sold, I’m sure you understand me. I didn’t want to meet with any other agents- they all do the same, I thought… But she convinced me to meet with her, with no obligations and she promised me that she had a proven strategy that will help me get my property sold for top dollar in the next month. So I decided to give it a try. The moment I met her- I knew I’m in good hands. This young lady is very professional, arrived ON TIME- which is very important for me, she did a consultation with me to make sure she understands what is my expectations so that way she can deliver the results, she went over the possible reasons why my property didn’t sell previously and she shared her action plan. A few days later after we put property on the market- we were under contract within days!! And this is in 2020- you know houses weren’t selling immediately due to the pandemic. Ive had a smooth closing, and I’m enjoying my new home now! If you are looking for an agent who delivers the results - call Myroslava!
