I can not describe how easy and fast the process was, the first 5 days after listing I had over 15 interested buyers coming to see the unit and I got an offer on the 6th day! Awesome. All the paperwork was handled by him and it was all electronic, I only had to go for the closing. Fernando is very polite and seems to understand the market very well, always on point for the visit appointments. During the sale process he also helped me find a place to move.
