I was working as the mortgage professional on this transaction helping the buyer secure financing. Sabrina was the buyers agent. To say this deal had many obstacle is an understatement but Sabrina always made sure her buyer was protected. Sabrina was able to negotiate a lower sales price AND still get the seller to provide a credit towards the buyers closing cost. To provide context, that's almost unheard of in todays market where the sellers have most of the negotiating power.
