I would highly recommend Amy! She represented us on the seller's side for a condo in a small (10 unit) complex. The unit had been rented for years, and was sold as an investor special that would need some repairs. After we accepted one of the offers, the buyers tried to make some extremely unreasonable requests based on the inspection results, and Amy's expertise and knowledge helped us push back on the requests. Also, when we were getting down to closing, we had very little communication with the title company or the buyers, and were worried that the closing date would get pushed or they would try and back out of the deal. Luckily, Amy recommended we utilize a seller's title lawyer (amazing idea!), and between the two of them, were able to call the Buyer's lender, title, and ensure everything was actually moving forward properly. I think her perseverance in the final hours helped save our deal! We cannot recommend her more!
