McKenzie was very knowledgeable about the cash buyer market and the likely selling price. She sold the home in a couple of days and was very helpful in helping me evaluate the various offers and buyers. She definitely went the extra mile in staying in touch with me and helping with customizing the sales agreement for my particular needs. She is also a delightful and upbeat person.
