I was soon to learn how thorough and extensive his knowledge was. We had a little 2/2 to sell that needed some TLC. He gave us cost saving options to improve the house so we were able to sell it quickly. All the while he kept us updated and ALWAYS answered our never ending calls while always being upbeat, helpful and positive. He took a personal interest in everything that was going. His knowledge base is amazing; knowing all the angles, ins and out of the market, what buyers are looking for, etc . He patiently listens and is sensitive to your needs. His team is is awesome as well. They're all highly trained, patient, kind, helpful. I've dealt with other agents before and never got the same comfortable honest feelings /vibes from them. We couldn't have found a better group and could not have done this without this super group. We're most grateful and happy as they all made this sale go quickly and smoothly.
