DJ and Jared were absolutely wonderful to work with. After having a phone consultation with DJ after he was referred to me by a mutual friend, DJ paired us up with Jared to help us with our search. This was no easy task, as we were conducting much of our property search from Boston. Jared really listened to our needs and showed us properties that matched our expectations. We met with Jared in-person twice, the first time we were just looking to see what was out there in our price range, and the second time were were ready to make an offer. Unfortunately I was unable to be there the second time, so Jared sent me videos of each and every home they toured. His communication was top-notch and he was always a pleasure to work with, even when things got complicated in the process of selling one property in Boston and simultaneously buying another in Tampa.
