She knows exactly what she is doing and when I had problems with the Title company and the bank ( both of their making) she went above and beyond her remit to ensure everything was completely in order and accurately finished. She knows all the legal jargon and can explain it in a manner which is understandable to me as the buyer and was very communicative, keeping me informed at every step of the way where we were up to in the process and what would happen next.
