We are so glad we found Russ to sell our home. After speaking to a couple other agents and then speaking to Russ, we knew he was our agent. He had a strategic plan and his market knowledge was excellent! He priced our home perfectly. We had multiple offers over the first weekend it was on the market and settled for above asking price at the very top of the market. Russ is super easy to work with and his communication is excellent. The whole experience was professional and smooth! We are so glad we used Russ to sell our home! We highly recommend! Thank you Russ!!!

Leslie Dougher is simply outstanding. She took all the hassle out of the process of selling our house. Thanks to her guidance and experience, we sold our house in three days at above the asking price. Her communication skills are particularly strong. Regardless of what was going on in her own life, she responded to all of our texts and phone calls within minutes. Leslie made us feel like we were her only customer. Five stars is not enough to describe all the great things she did for us. Leslie must be one of the top real estate agents in northeast Florida. We highly recommend her.
