The time had finally come to sell our vacant lot that had been in our family for years! Not being in the local area, we searched through the internet and tried to find someone we felt would be a good fit for us. After speaking with different agents/brokers, we knew Stephanie was going to be the one for us! When talking to most agents we always got the feeling they were more concerned about just getting us to sign a contract. That was not the case with Stephanie. The title company sent the documents needed prior to hurricane Milton so closing could be completed on schedule. We would highly recommend Stephanie Ingram!!!!
