I was stationed overseas and had orders to come back to Florida. I was given his information from someone in my shop and messaged him about 3-4 months before I got to Florida. He helped tremendously, sent me a bunch of information and properties. We kept in contact over text and he was quick with his replies even with the crazy time difference. When I finally got to Florida, we met up and inspected a couple different available properties, I picked the one I liked the most, and he took care of everything else. 2 days later I had keys. Mr. Bender was incredibly helpful and professional and made the whole process simple and easy for me. Any questions or worries I had, he took care of them immediately.
