Jeanne was very knowledgeable regarding the value of the property and what it should be listed at. She communicated with us when the house was shown. When we received a contract, she kept us in the loop with the closing office, along with all the inspections that were scheduled or completed. We would definitely use Jeanne's services again and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home. She is very knowledgeable, ethical and on the up and up. Mackenzie went above and beyond for my Husband and I. She not only made sure we met our very short deadline but she made sure we were comfortable and informed before making a huge commitment. My husband and I could not be here for the viewing or inspections and mackenzie was sure to take tons and tons of videos, photos and was even there for the inspections. Mackenzie was very informative and helpful and has incredible communication skills!! She has gone above and beyond our expectations and is even still helping us with some hiccups with the home when she didn’t need to. With all of the stress that buying a home brings she made sure to break everything down and make this transition smooth and relatively simple. As someone who is extremely picky with homes and realtors( fired one before we found her) , she LISTENED to our needs and wants.
