Mackenzie went above and beyond for my Husband and I. She not only made sure we met our very short deadline but she made sure we were comfortable and informed before making a huge commitment. My husband and I could not be here for the viewing or inspections and mackenzie was sure to take tons and tons of videos, photos and was even there for the inspections. Mackenzie was very informative and helpful and has incredible communication skills!! She has gone above and beyond our expectations and is even still helping us with some hiccups with the home when she didn’t need to. With all of the stress that buying a home brings she made sure to break everything down and make this transition smooth and relatively simple. As someone who is extremely picky with homes and realtors( fired one before we found her) , she LISTENED to our needs and wants.
