We used John Maisel with Active Agent Realty to find our new home and to sell our other house recently, and have nothing but high marks for John. Communication was very important to us and he did not disappoint. When we asked questions or had concerns, John had the answer or was able to find the answer in a timely manner and was also prompt in returning phone calls. John is highly professional, personable and ethical. We looked at many properties with John, and he never pressured us in any way and he made the showings enjoyable. There is no question who we would use in the future, and who we would not hesitate to recommend to others. Roger & Nancy Tyler
