Where do i begin. We began our home journey in 2022 and we had known Kris through mutual friends. We recently moved to the Tampa Bay Area out of Orlando and were in looks for our next venture. One of many qualities that Kris has is patience, understanding, attention to detail among so many others. We wanted land, but each plot we found had something making it impossible to have our vision come to life. We transitioned to single family home and the amount of homes we saw was too many to recollect, but Kris was alway eager to help, accommodate and understand our needs as they changed. Fast forward to 2023 and still on the hunt so many houses and finally found a place to call home. His honesty through the process, recommendations, and overall kindness is unmatched to anyone we know. Having little ones and doing showings is hard with timing, driving, in and out of car seats but Kris had such a positive attitude and always took the time to interact and make them laugh through it all. On the day of our closing, final walk through, and finally getting the keys and going to our home he was there. His last touch a home warming gift we didn’t anticipate, and loved was such a surprise. Overall if anyone I know needs a realtor and not someone that just carries the title but is indeed has all of the qualities that a realtor should have Kris is the person I will always direct them too. He is the standard of what a realtor should be and am glad we now get to call him a friend.
