I was reluctant to list my property with Stephen Hachey, for several reasons, I was nervous that I wouldn't get the support that I would get with a full service broker, and most of the brokers I reviewed made it sound like it was a major task, plus the property was over 2M dollars and the general consensus that it had to be listed with a full service broker to be sold, so I listed it with the local broker for 4 months and all I got was, a sign and a constant appeal to drop the price. Stephen knows what needs to be done on his end, however you have to do what's necessary on your end, mostly common Sense stuff make sure the property is clean, smells good, Nice landscaping, current colors, proper pricing, etc . I have another property that I am getting ready, which I will list with Stephen no regrets whatsoever.
