I had a very good experience with this company. A fraction of the closing cost of a regular realtor. I was able to give the selling realtor 2% as opposed to 3%. Only complaint is that I wasn’t able to change my listing online. I had to submit my changes for them to review. I haven’t had this experience with other companies before. But it really didn’t make any difference. I sold the property in one day for cash with a back up offer in cash. I had a title company who I love take care of the transaction. Highly recommended as you were not gonna get help from anyone else. I am satisfied.
