Patty is a real professional, in her appearance, well spoken and diplomatic, great negotiator, knowledgeable of the local market, as well as all the rules and regulation of the real estate business. After I signed the listing contract, Patty went to work immediately to take photos of the property and the community, printed brochures, send out post cards and staged an open house. Right after the open house event I received 4 offers. We encountered some challenges and Patty find a solution or helped me to find one. She always kept me informed of every detail, answered my phone calls and on rare occasions when my phone call went to her voice box she returned my call by the end of the day. The contract of sale was signed on 22. of July and the closing of the property took place on August 16.
