She always took time to answer questions we had about the sale, and took time to research a particular question with the title company. Throughout the process, she was an excellent communicator. At closing, a problem did develop with the terms of the contract being fulfilled by the seller, and, without going into details, Sue went the second mile to resolve the situation.
