We sold our home out of state very quickly and had to find our new home in Florida in a short timeframe. We contacted Sue Tye based on her excellent reviews, and she got back to us literally within 2 minutes. We made a quick weekend trip to Florida to find a new place, and Sue made herself available to show us properties on our tight schedule. She was knowledgeable about the community we now live in, and she was very objective about the pros and cons of the two places we were most interested in. She always took time to answer questions we had about the sale, and took time to research a particular question with the title company. Throughout the process, she was an excellent communicator. At closing, a problem did develop with the terms of the contract being fulfilled by the seller, and, without going into details, Sue went the second mile to resolve the situation. Not only is she skilled and knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay market, she is also an agent with a heart. We have been happy with our purchase here and full-heartedly recommend Sue for your real estate needs!
